Billing Reliability Harness Commercial Source Code License

This license applies to the legitimately purchased version of Billing Reliability
Harness (the "Kit"). Muhammad Gane is the Licensor. The individual or business
named on the purchase record is the Licensee.

1. Permitted use

The Licensee receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the purchased
version of the Kit in an unlimited number of applications owned by the Licensee,
including commercial applications. The Licensee may inspect, copy privately, and
modify the source code. Employees and contractors may work with the Kit solely on
the Licensee's behalf and must protect it as the Licensee's private source code.

The Licensee may distribute compiled or otherwise inseparable portions of the Kit
as part of the Licensee's own applications. Private backups, private repositories,
and internal build artifacts are permitted. There is no runtime license server,
deployment fee, or revenue fee.

2. Restrictions

The Licensee may not publicly redistribute or mirror the Kit's source code; sell,
resell, or sublicense the Kit as a standalone developer product; give another
person or business independent rights to use the Kit; or repackage the runtime,
fixtures, or conformance suite as a competing standalone product. Modifying,
combining, or renaming the Kit does not remove these restrictions.

3. Purchased versions and updates

Rights to a legitimately purchased version do not expire. If the purchase record
identifies the Licensee as a Founding Customer, the Licensee receives updates
released through version 1.x. Later major versions may be sold separately.

4. Support

Support covers reasonable installation questions and reproducible defects in the
Kit. It does not include custom integration work, production incident response,
data recovery, hosting, or a service-level agreement.

5. Reliability and customer responsibility

The Kit provides source code, reference patterns, and tests. It does not guarantee
that all billing, payment, webhook, infrastructure, or application failures are
impossible. The Licensee remains responsible for Stripe configuration, secure
credentials, infrastructure, database transactions, monitoring, reconciliation,
testing, and production operation of the Licensee's applications.

The Kit is provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor will not be liable
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages,
or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the Kit.
The Licensor's total aggregate liability arising from the Kit will not exceed the
amount the Licensee paid for the Kit.

7. Third-party components

Third-party components remain governed by their original licenses. Their notices
are provided in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.

8. Ownership

The Licensee owns its applications and original code it adds to them. This License
does not transfer ownership of the Kit or any Kit code incorporated into a
modification. Muhammad Gane retains ownership of the Kit. No trademark rights are
granted by this license.
